Therapeutic Approaches for Healing and Growth
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dignity Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in the power of therapy to foster healing, acceptance, and positive change.
